Three Wheeled Buggies

New figures show that the three-wheeled buggies, the symbol of the decade that were more expensive than common sense, are in steep decline. They have been replaced by four-wheelers which can be more versatile in terrain, while still looking swanky and being easy to push.
The larger the wheels are the better your buggy will cope with bumpy and uneven pavements. The larger wheels both rear and front enable you to maneuver and more stable when walking downhill or over difficult terrain.
MFM reviewer Kath tried the buggy out with an infant and a toddler and found it to be extremely sturdy. It handled grass, cobbles and rough pavements, aswell as dirt tracks and kerbs. Kath wrote "it is solid to push and very solid when traversing difficult terrain. Its tyres (which are inflatable so need occasional pumping) offer built-in suspension, which was very comfortable for my kids.
Another thing to take into consideration is the seat size and shape. You want the seat to be big enough to allow your child to feel at ease and to lie down. Some three-wheel buggies have the option of lying flat, which allows your child to lie flat and face you, whereas others only permit a parent-facing option.

Easy to maneuver

The only drawback to this amazing maneuverability is that the larger wheels of a 3 wheel buggy can sometimes make it difficult to fit into tight spaces. This is something you need to be aware of when your home is a city. If this is an issue then a four-wheeled buggy might be a better option for you.
